 Anger is usually repressed or expressed, leading to its reputation as a "negative" emotion. This class is an exploration of a 3rd way to work with anger that harnesses its most powerful and beneficial qualities.

In this course you will learn:

  • How anger relates to the Fire element;
  • How the Fire element relates to lymph, immune cells, and digestion.
  • Simple steps for working with your anger in a transformative way that is not repression or expression, and is the cultivation of internal power.

Course structure:

  • Approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes of video and audio content, broken up into modules and lessons.
  • Roughly half the course is lecture-style and half is experiential (Guided meditations)
  • A worksheet is included to assist integration of your experiences and skills.

This is 1.5–2 hours of self-paced exploration plus an (optional) hour live class to share experiences and ask questions. In that time, you’ll begin to see what’s actually driving your money decisions, recognize the emotional patterns underneath them, and learn how to pause in the moment so you can respond with more clarity and control.
